The Role
As a DAPY Account Manager, you are the face of DAPY in your market — developing new client relationships with luxury brand procurement, marketing and brand-experience teams, while managing and growing an existing account base.
You'll have the full backing of a world-class design and operations team, direct access to our factory partners, and a largely untapped luxury market to win. The whitespace is real.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and develop new business relationships with luxury and premium brands across beauty, spirits, fashion, retail and hospitality
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from brief through delivery
- Prospect into the major luxury houses and brand groups across beauty, spirits and fashion as priority targets
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and pitch through proposal, negotiation and project handoff to the operations team
- Coordinate with DAPY's design, production and logistics teams across Paris, Shanghai and Hong Kong
- Represent DAPY at industry tradeshows and client meetings
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline
Who You Are

- At home in B2B sales or business development — you understand how to win and grow accounts
- Drawn to the world of luxury and premium brands, and curious about how beautiful objects are made
- A natural collaborator — comfortable owning the full sales cycle and working hand-in-hand with design and production
- A persuasive communicator and presenter, fluent in your local market language and English
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial — energised by a market that is yours to win
- Happy to travel for client meetings and tradeshows
