VERY HOLLYWOOD MIACHAEL KORS DUMMY BOTTLE

DAPY, master in plastic injection, makes very detailed large dummy bottles in acrylic, that are four times less expensive than glass dummy bottles.

Created for the launch of MICHAEL KORS new fragance, this giant 3L bottle is injected by the process of « double injection ».

The inside layer is injected in translucent pink MS material to simulate the liquid. The outside part  is over molded by injection in crystal clear. The « divets » are made in the outside wall. The crystal clear MS base, separately injected, is welded to the body by ultrasounds.

The ABS injected cap is galvanized in shiny gold. A coral tinted MS plate with a gold hot stamp logo is glued inside a recess on the top of the cap.
